Jeff Dickerson is responsible for the vision, leadership and overall management of our firm inclusive of all aspects of business planning and operations. He has over forty five years of AEC Industry experience, most of which has been in project management and executive level positions. 

Prior to forming JNJ Builders, he became a partner at Holland Partner Group where he originated Holland Construction, Inc., its design-build project delivery business unit. Jeff served as president for the firm for over six years, growing the national group to five operating regions with an annual construction volume of more than $500M.  Before joining Holland, Jeff served as Vice President of Construction for Opus West Construction Corporation, responsible for the creation and management of their southern California design-build operations. His nearly fifteen-year tenure there, in conjunction with his high level of integrity and ethical standards, created strong relationships with many design and construction professionals which provided sustainable momentum.

Jeff’s diverse experience includes over twenty two million square feet of successfully completed apartment homes, condominium homes, office, retail, industrial and mixed-use projects. His knowledge and experience in design-build project delivery methods for owner-builder real estate development firms, coupled with his journeyman carpentry skills, provides a tremendous foundation for delivering high quality homes by JNJ Builders.
